It is represented by learned Counsel for the petitioner that the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, (Circuit Bench) at Madurai is currently dealing with the appeals of the Year 2023. His grievance is that, despite having succeeded before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal forum at Sivagangai as early as in the 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis C.R.P.(MD)Nos.681 and 682 of 2026 year 2023, he has not been in a position to enjoy the benefits of the order.
