In this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent No.4 to consider the representation dated 31st July, 2025 (Annexure-F) filed by the petitioner for issuance of Saguvali Chit/Grant Certificate in favour of the petitioner in respect of the subject land. 3. Having taken note of the submission made by learned counsel appearing for the parties, it is forthcoming from the representation dated 31st July, 2025 (Annexure-F) that the subject land has been granted in favour of the father of the petitioner as per Grant Order bearing No.LND.CR/45/1995-96 passed by the respondent No.4- Tahsildar. In that view of the matter, the respondent No.4 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31st July, 2025 (Annexure-F) and issue a Saguvali Chit/Grant Certificate in accordance with law, after verifying the original records insofar as the grant order referred to by the petitioner in his representation, within an outer limit of four months from the date of receipt of this order.
