The petitioner claims pension according to the Resolution of the Government of Jharkhand, as the petitioner was involved in the Movement, at the time of creation of Jharkhand. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that though the Government has a taken decision and a policy has been framed but the petitioner’s name has not been incorporated therein. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has also filed a representation but not action has been taken. 5. Considering the submission of the petitioner, I direct the petitioner to approach the Deputy Commissioner, Khunti, who will consider the representation of the petitioner, strictly as per the Rules, Guidelines and the Circulars on the issue and if the petitioner is entitled to for any amount of pension or other amount, he will ensure that the same is disbursed to the petitioner. 6. The entire process should be completed within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.
