The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sitaramdera P.S. Case No. 162 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 17(a), 21(a), 22(a) and 29 of NDPS Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Jamshepur. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case and the false allegations are made of purchasing brown sugar from this petitioner by the apprehended co-accused. On this ground, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the petitioner has supplied the said brown sugar to the apprehended co-accused and the petitioner is having three criminal antecedents. 5. Considering that there are parameters of granting anticipatory bail or regular bail arising out of the NDPS case and the petitioner is alleged to be supplier of the said brown sugar to the apprehended co-accused and further having three criminal antecedents, in the attending facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.
