For the reasons stated in the present CMP and that the aforesaid writ petition stood dismissed for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 2nd November, 2022, directing him to remove the remaining defects within two weeks, prior to issuance of notice to the respondents, W.P.(C) No.3657 of 2020 is ordered to be restored to its original file and stage subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay a cost of Rs.1,000/- in favour of Advocate’s Clerks Association Welfare Fund, Jharkhand High Court, Ranchi within two weeks 2026:JHHC:429 2 and shall remove the remaining defects within the aforesaid period. 3.
