GP FOR HOME 2 Dr.YLR, J W.P.No.10492 of 2026 Dated 08.05.2026 The Court made the following: ORDER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief :- “…to issue a writ, order or a direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.2 and 3 in interfering into the civil disputes inspite of the civil Appeal in A.S No. 29/2025 pending before the X Additional District Judge, Gurazala is illegal, irregular, arbitrary, violative of the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code and also offends the Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere into the civil disputes pertaining to the Hanuman lime stone Mill situated in Sr. No. 156/15-B2 at Industrial park Nadikudi village, Dachepalli Mandal, Palnadu District and pass such order(s).” 2. Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. N. Anula, learned counsel for the Petitioner, submits that Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are illegally interfering in a civil dispute despite the pendency of A.S. No. 29/2025. Such interference is alleged to be arbitrary, contrary to the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code, and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India. The Petitioner therefore seeks a direction restraining the Respondents from interfering in the civil disputes relating to the Hanuman Limestone Mill. 4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the police have never interfered in the civil dispute between the Petitioner and Respondent No.4. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is 3 Dr.YLR, J W.P.No.10492 of 2026 Dated 08.05.2026 disposed of, directing the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 not to interfere henceforth in the civil dispute between the Petitioner and the Respondent No.4 without following due process of law. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ________________________ Dr.Y.
