These appeals, filed by the State, takes exception to the common Judgment and Award dated 16.09.2004 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmednagar, in Land Acquisition Reference Nos.171 of 1994 and 169 of 1994. 2026:BHC-AUG:48351 905-FA-1142-09 (+1).odt 2 4. This Court has already considered the issue of determination of compensation in respect of the same project, namely, the Belpara Medium Project, Additional Tail Canal, and the same village, i.e. Wadgaon, in First Appeal No.2733 of 2008, preferred by the State. By order dated 01.10.2026, this Court dismissed the said appeal, which concerned the acquisition of land from Survey No.13 of village Wadgaon. The present appeal concerns the acquisition of land from Survey No.14 of the same village under the same project. 5. In view of the aforesaid order passed by this Court in respect of the same project and village, the present appeals filed by the State does not survive for consideration and are accordingly dismissed. 6.
