The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a) Issue a writ of certiorari by quashing the Respondent tender notification issued by the Respondent No.3 dated 20.5.2026 bearing No. CGH/GNL(3)/90/2026-27 produced at Annexure-L; b) Issue a writ of mandamus by directing the respondent No.3 to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 14.07.2025 produced at Annexure-D and dated 02.08.2025 produced at Annexure-G; c) Prays such other reliefs deems fit in the interest of justice and equity. 2. The petitioner having been allotted a work order, alleging that the petitioner had not carried out the work, the work order came to be cancelled and a - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:27315 WP No. 16316 of 2026 fresh tender came to be issued by the respondents, which is under challenge in the present proceedings. 3. The issue as regard the earlier work order is not pre- tender or during tender, but is a post tender aspect of cancellation of the work order which has been issued, which would be governed by the Civil Law remedies. 4.
