This writ petition has been field for the grant of following substantive reliefs:-
“(i). That the election held on 23.06.2026 of the SMC Govt. Senior Secondary School Badog, P.O. Dudar, Tehsil Sadar, District Mandi, H.P. may kindly be set aside by declaring the same as null and void by issuing a writ of certiorari. (ii) That the respondents may kindly be directed to conduct the election of SMC afresh in a fair and

2 transparent manner as per the terms and conditions of the guidelines of SMC by issuing writ of mandamus.”

The writ record does not reflect any representation having been preferred by the petitioner to respondent No.-3/Principal, Govt. Senior Secondary School, Badog, P.O. Dudar, Tehsil Sadar, District Mandi or the Competent Authority for the redressal of his grievances relating to the allegations concerning elections to the School Management Committee of the aforementioned school.

Confronted with above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to represent to the Competent Authority for the redressal of his grievances.

Granting such liberty, present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also to stand disposed of.
