In the written instructions dated 30.12.2025 furnished by the Tahsildar, G.D Nellore Mandal, Chittoor District to the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, it is inter alia mentioned that the land in Survey No.195/3 stands in the name of the petitioner’s father in revenue records of Ambodara Palli Village and that there is a Cart track (Road) is existing and passing through the said survey number. It is also mentioned that the previously, the Panchayat Raj Department tried to lay pucca road in the existing cart track and due to objection of the petitioner, the work was stopped. It is further stated that the existing road passing through the patta lands of the petitioner’s family and other farmers are very much necessary. NJS,J W.P No.7665 of 2018 3 5.
