Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record office letter dated 15.05.2026 and on that basis submits that due and admissible retiral benefits stand released to the petitioner. Only interest on account of delayed payment of retiral benefits remains to be paid to the petitioner; That this liability shall also be cleared by the respondents within three weeks.

In view of aforesaid office letter and submission, present execution petition is disposed of with hope and trust,
1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes
- 2 - that interest on account of delayed payment of retiral benefits shall be cleared by the respondents within three weeks i.e. by 11.09.2026. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for redressal of his surviving grievance, if any, in accordance with law.
Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also to stand disposed of.
