It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was duly selected on the post of Anganwadi Karyakatri vide order dated 11.03.2025 but the domicile certificate of the petitioner was cancelled. Aggrieved against the aforesaid a petition being Writ C No.20322 of 2025 (Neutral Citation No.2025:AHC:122500-DB) was filed by the petitioner, which was disposed of by Division Bench of this Court vide judgement and order dated 25.07.2025. Pursuant to the aforesaid a letter dated 23.12.2025 was written by the Additional District Magistrate, Finance & Revenue, Sant Kabir Nagar to the respondent no.4-Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Khalilabad, District Sant Kabir Nagar. It is further argued that though a considerable time has already lapsed but till date no decision has been taken by the respondent no.4 on account of which petitioner is suffering irreparable loss. 2. On the other hand it is argued by learned Standing Counsel that respondent no.4 will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, present writ petition is disposed of finally directing the respondent no.4 to Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Prince Kumar Srivastava Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Smt. Reena Singh .....Petitioner(s) State Of Uttar Pradesh And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) take a decision in the matter most expeditiously and positively within two weeks from today. In case everything is found correct, petitioner should also be issued the letter of appointment on the post in question without any further delay unless there is no legal impediment.
