Pass an order quashing the Impugned Order bearing No. SFUS/2024/1040 dated 21.08.2024, issued by Prof. Amitava Chakraborty, Head of Department, Dean, Faculty of Arts, and/or B. Pass an order directing the respondent No.1 to form an independent committee monitored by this Hon’ble Court to conduct a fair and timebound enquiry C. Direct the respondent No.1 to conduct extra classes for the petitioner, to compensate the academic loss, D. Pass an order directing the respondent to No.1 to pay This is a digitally signed order. Admittedly, the petitioner has passed out and obtained her Degree. 3. The only prayer sought now is that the suspension order dated 21.08.2024 should not come in the way of the petitioner. SEPTEMBER 18, 2026 / (MS) A perusal of the same shows that the same was issued to the petitioner hen the petitioner was a student of M.A. of Arts Russian, Department of Slavonic and Finno-Ugrian Studies. On 18.11.2024, the petitioner was expelled from the period of 6 months. The said period has already hence, no further adjudication is required in the petition The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
