The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sector IV P.S. Case No. 112 of 2019, registered under Sections 406, 409, 420, 120-B of IPC, pending in the court of Learned S.D.J.M., Bokaro. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happened to be the Branch Manager of Kolkata Weir Group Industries Limited and the allegations are made that the said company has taken money of the innocent persons saying that the amount deposited in the said company will give benefit in different schemes. He also submits that the liability can be fastened only against the director. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there that the innocent persons have been cheated by the company. 5. Considering that this petitioner being the Branch Manager has collected the said amount and the allegations are there of siphoning 2026:JHHC:3332 2 huge amount of many persons, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.
