JUSTICE ANU SIVARAMAN) Writ petition (Habeas Corpus) is filed seeking the following reliefs: "i. Issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus or any other appropriate writ, order or directions, commanding Respondent No.3 Anil Kumar Shet S. to produce the minor children Adithya Anil Shet and Aarav Anil Shet before this Hon'ble Court on a date fixed by this Hon'ble Court; ii. In the exercise of this Hon'ble court's Parens Patriae jurisdiction, be pleased to issue a order or direction to ensure the protection and welfare of the minor children (Adithya anil shet and Aarav anil shet), and to restore them to the care of the petitioner mother, as their continued stay with the respondent is detrimental to their physical and psychological well-being. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:27159-DB WPHC No. 50 of 2026 iii. Direct the 3rd Respondent to hand over of all original documents of the minor children, their passports, Birth Certificates, Recent Academic records to the Petitioner at the time of handing over custody." 2. The specific case of the petitioner is that an order granting visitation rights has been passed by the Family Court, which has not been complied with. 3. We are of the opinion that this is a matter where appropriate proceedings have to be taken into consideration to get the order of the Family Court complied with in accordance with law. Writ petition (Habeas Corpus) is not the proper remedy for getting an order of the Family Court complied with. In the above view of the matter, leaving open all the contentions of the petitioner and their right to approach the appropriate forum, the writ petition (Habeas Corpus) stands disposed of. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:27159-DB WPHC No. 50 of 2026 In view of the disposal of the petition, I.A.
