The grievance of the petitioner is regarding the consideration of the representation dated 11.03.2024 (Annexure–A) in respect of the subject land. 3. Sri. Vijaya Kumar K., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits by referring to - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:26935 WP No. 17331 of 2024 the order dated 05.01.2023 passed by the Land Tribunal, Bengaluru East Taluk in Case No. LRF (INA) 1010/1962-63 (Annexure–E), that the petitioner's representation requires consideration in the light of the said order. 4. Per contra, Sri. Spoorthy Hegde, N., learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondent-State opposes the petition, contending that a portion of the land has been granted in favour of the 'Vidyadhana Scheme', and therefore seeks dismissal of the petition. 5. Having considered the rival submissions and taking into consideration the order dated 05.01.2023 passed by the Land Tribunal, Bengaluru East Taluk (Annexure–E), this Court is of the opinion that it is the duty of Respondent No.2-Thasildar to implement the order passed by the Land Tribunal. - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:26935 WP No. 17331 of 2024 6. In that view of the matter, Respondent No.2-Thasildar is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 11.03.2024 (Annexure–A) in accordance with law and in the light of the order passed by the Land Tribunal at Annexure–E, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
