This appeal has been directed against the order dated 16.12.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Dhanbad in Bail Petition No. 1048 of 2025 arising out of G.R.P.S. Case No. 124 of 2025; whereby and whereunder the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. 3. It has been alleged that thirteen minor children, along with five adults, were intercepted from the Vasco Da Gama Express train, and that the appellant being one of the adults is said to have been involved in the human trafficking of the said children. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned senior counsel for the appellant that the appellant is in custody since 11.11.2025. He has further been submitted by making a reference to the various paragraphs of the case diary that the mother of all the children have stated that it was with their consent their children were being taken for work by the appellant and the other apprehended accused persons. 2026:JHHC:3541-DB 2 5. Learned Spl. P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant. 6. Regard being had to the statement of the mother of the victims which dilutes the allegations against the appellant of human trafficking, we while setting aside the order dated 16.12.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Dhanbad in Bail Petition No. 1048 of 2025 arising out of G.R.P.S. Case No. 124 of 2025, direct the appellant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Dhanbad, in Bail Petition No. 1048 of 2025 arising out of G.R.P.S.
