The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Directing the Respondent No.2 to take action and give protection to the Petitioner and the Respondent No.3 to implement the order dated 14.06.2022 in W.P. No.45720/2015 (ANNEXURE- A); b. Allow this Writ Petition and c. Pass such other orders as this Hon'ble Court deem fit to grant. 2. The grievance of the petitioner was that the order dated 14.06.2022 in W.P.No.45720 of 2015 had not been implemented despite respondent No.3 having written to respondent No.2. 3. Learned AGA on instruction submits that there is no Police Station by the name of Koteshwara Police - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:26990 WP No. 13747 of 2026 Station. As such, the same could not be implemented. 4. He has now instructed the Kundapura Police Station to take necessary action and as such, he submits that the order dated 14.06.2022 W.P.No.45720 of 2015 would be implemented within two weeks. 5.
