Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody in connection with Poraiyahat P.S. Case No. 55 of 2026 for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 303(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 74, 351(2), 352, 324(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Godda. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and there is case and counter case between the parties on account of land dispute. The petitioner is in custody since 30.04.2026 and charge sheet has already been submitted. 4. The learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer and has submitted that there is direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner in the FIR and the rifle has also been recovered and the butt of the rifle was broken which was primarily used for commission of offence. 5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the direct and specific allegation made against the petitioner and the manner in which offence has been committed, this court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
