At the outset, learned appearing for the petitioner, upon instructions, states that he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition as an amicable settlement has been arrived at inter se parties before Samadhan, Delhi High Court Mediation Centre. 3. He states that the Settlement Agreement dated 24.09.2026 has been placed on record. He further states that the parties have arrived at a settlement for a lump sum amount of Rs.19 lakh towards full and final settlement of all claims of respondent nos. 1 and 2. It is further stated that a sum of Rs.9 lakh, lying deposited with the Registrar General of this Court, along with accrued interest, shall be released to the respondent nos. 1 and 2 in equal proportion. 4.
