Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and the learned Additional Government Advocate, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is required to approach the competent authority by filing an online application in the prescribed manner. 5. Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to submit an online application seeking phodi and durasth in respect of the subject land within an outer limit of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. If such an application is submitted, the respondent- authorities shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible.
