The counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that an inadvertent typographical error has crept in the order dated 14/10/2026 passed by this Court. 2) On perusal of the application filed by the petitioner, we find substance in the contentions advanced by the counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, the present application is allowed and it is hereby directed that para 5 of the order dated 14/10/2026 shall be corrected as under :- “By way of interim relief, we direct the respondents/State that it shall not refuse granting of crushing license to the petitioner on the count of non-payment of amount for contribution to Chief Minister’s Relief Fund, Gopinath Munde Sugarcane Workers Welfare Corporation, Sakhar Sankul Fund, Vasantdada Sugar Institute Fund and Maharashtra State Cooperative Sugar Factory Union Subscription.” 3) Corrected copy of the order dated 14/10/2026 be uploaded.
