By the application, the applicant is seeking condonation of 670 days caused in filing the appeal. Perusal of the averments made in the application shows that due to the administrative reasons the delay caused in filing the appeal. The appellant states that to show their bonafide is ready to deposit entire decreetal amount. Hence, stated that to contest the appeal on its own merit, the delay caused in filing appeal be condoned. 2.
