In the present writ petition, the petitioners are praying for issuance of a direction to respondents No.2 and 3 for not sending the petitioners for forthcoming Lower School Course 2024 on the ground that the petitioners have given unwillingness to undergo the said Course. 2. Notice of motion. 3. Mr. Gaurav Jindal, Addl. AG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties are ad- idem that the similar issue has already been decided by this Court in CWP No.7040 of 2026, decided on 10.03.2026 titled as “EHC Kaaraj Singh and others Vs. State of Haryana and others”. 5. In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment passed in EHC Kaaraj Singh’s case (supra).
