(At Present Confined In Central Jail, Kota) ----Petitioner Versus State Of Rajasthan, Through PP ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Ms. Sunita Mehla For Respondent(s) : Mr. Amit Kumar Gupta, Addl.G.A. cum P.P.
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE GANESH RAM MEENA
Order 22/01/2026
1. Petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S., arising out of F.I.R. No.0060/2025 registered with the Police Station Kunadi, District Kota City for offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 119(1), 308(2) and 127(2) of B.N.S.,
2023.
2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the accused petitioner is in custody since 10.03.2025 and Police after completion of investigation, has submitted charge-sheet in the matter. She also submits that no injury sustained by the complainant party, has been opined to be dangerous to life.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application and submits that there are as many as nineteen
[2026:RJ-JP:3014] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-14984/2025] other criminal cases registered against the present accused- petitioner.
4. Considered the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and also perused the material made available on record.
5. The accused-petitioner seems to be misusing the liberty of bail granted to him and is committing offences again and again. As the accused-petitioner being granted bail, under that liberty he has been able to commit nineteen offences again and again regularly.
6. Taking into consideration the allegations against the accused-petitioner and more particularly the fact that nineteen other criminal cases are pending against him, which clearly reveals that he is misusing the liberty of bail, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail.
7. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
