The petitioner, above-named, who is in custody in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 245 of 2025 for the offence(s) registered under Sections 311, 312, 351 (3) and 62 of the BNS, 2023 and 25(1-B)(a) and 27 of the Arms Act , has prayed for regular bail. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that 5 to 6 miscreants while preparing to commit dacoity, were apprehended and arrested by the Police and in their confessional statement they stated that preparation was made at the instance of the petitioner. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that save and except the confessional statement, there is no material against the petitioner. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the nature of allegation, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
