They are identified by their respective counsel. The original of the Compromise Deed, copy of which is annexed to IA No.02/2026, is placed before this Court by the counsel for the appellants. Contents of the same were read over, and explained by the Court Officer in Bengali language to the second appellant and the respondents. It is stated that the first appellant, being of advanced age, is unable to attend this Court for the said reason. All the parties agreed that they have voluntarily signed the compromise with their free will and consent, and without any coercion. In view of the said statement, this interlocutory application being IA No.02/2026 is allowed, and the Compromise Petition filed along with the copy of the Compromise Deed filed by the parties is taken on record, and the appeal being RSA No.26/2025 itself is disposed of in terms of the said compromise entered into by the parties. No costs. Registry shall draft the Decree in RSA No.26/2025 in terms of the said compromise, and furnish certified copy to the parties on payment of usual charges. (M.S.
