Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned   counsel   representing   the   petitioner submits   that   he   does   not   want   to   press   the   present petition,   however,   he   seeks   indulgence   of   this   Court   to make a representation to the appropriate authority, in view of the fact that the petitioner is to retire on 30.11.2026, which is less then a year. 2. Learned   Counsel   representing   the   petitioner has submitted that the post of Superintendent Grade­II is likely to fall vacant in the office of Deputy Commissioner Una, District Una, H.P., on 31.03.2026. 1 Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes. 2 2026:HHC:3389 3. Since   the   petitioner   has   left   only   with   ten months to serve, he is at liberty to make a representation before   the   competent   authority,   who   shall   consider   the same sympathetically keeping in view the transfer policy framed by the State Government of Himachal Pradesh and take a decision before 31.03.2026. 4.
