Copy of FIR being no. 0059 dated 11th April, 2026 is taken on record. 2. Since police authority has taken steps in connection with the complaint of the petitioner, grievance of the petitioner stands redressed 2 and no further order need be passed on this writ petition. 3. Writ petition stands disposed of. 4. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate, if occasion so arises in future. 5.
