The present contempt petition has been filed for alleged defiance of the order dated 15-4-2025 passed by this Court in WPS No.2441 of 2025. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that albeit there is a direction to conclude the departmental enquiry within a period of 2½ months, but the same has not been complied with till date, however, necessary proceedings in respect of the departmental enquiry have already been concluded and the final order will be passed within a period of seven days. 2 3. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the respondents, which is not disputed by the petitioner, the present contempt petition is disposed of. 4. Rule is discharged.
