We are informed by the Advocate for Respondent No. 5 that Respondent No. 5 has challenged the order dated 10.08.2026 passed by the Deputy Director of Panchayat before the Additional Director, South Goa, which is now listed on 01.12.2026. 2. Since orders passed in this matter would affect the outcome of the complaint pending before the Deputy Directorate of Panchayat, who has assumed jurisdiction under Section 66(5) of the Goa Panchayat Raj Act,1994, we are directing the Additional 14th October, 2026 29 WP 110 2026 Directorate of Panchayat to dispose of the Panchayat Appeal bearing case no.PA/33/2026 by 15.12.2026. The Petitioner shall file their reply in the said matter within a period of 2 weeks, with an advance copy to the Respondent No. 5, and the matter shall now be heard on 25.11.2026 and be disposed of by 01.12.2026. 3. We are informed that the Petitioner's complaint is now fixed before the Deputy Director on 20.11.2026 at 3:00 p.m. The Respondent No. 5, against whom the complaint is made, shall ensure that his reply is filed by the next date of hearing, and the Deputy Director shall dispose of the complaint in exercise of power under Section 66(5) of the Goa Panchayat Raj Act by 15.12.2026. 4. The Deputy Director shall hear the parties after the Additional Director of Panchayat has disposed of the Panchayat Appeal bearing case no.PA/33/2026 and dispose of the complaint taken up under Section 66(5) of the Panchayat Raj Act by 31.12.2026. 5.
