P.P., representing the State respondent and Mr. K. Gupta, learned counsel appearing for the informant. Page No.# 2/2 Vide the order dated 17.02.2026, this Court directed the learned Addl. P.P., to provide the status of the investigation in the instant matter. However, no documentary report has been submitted before this Court but, it was intimated that he had certain instructions from the investigating authority and the same has been submitted before this Court. The learned Addl. P.P., submits that though the accused-applicant was interrogated in the police custody during the initial police remand, however, no interrogation of the accused-applicant took place in the judicial custody. He further submits that the investigation is still going on and except one Shivharlalka, Biswajit Sharma (informant) and one Rebokanta Dutta, the statement of other complainants are yet to be recorded. Mr. K. Gupta, learned counsel for the informant submitted a copy of the written argument, which is kept on record. Hearing concluded. Judgment is reserved. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
