1. The present civil misc. appeals have been filed against the impugned orders dated 14.12.2023, 29.02.2024 & 13.10.2025, respectively. [2026:RJ-JP:3518] (3 of 3) [CMA-3526/2024]
2. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the parties agreed that the learned trial court may be directed to decide the suit as expeditiously as possible as the matter relates to the ancestral property of the plaintiffs and the defendants. 3. Considering the same, these appeals are disposed of with a direction to the learned trial Court to decide the suits as expeditiously as possible and is expected to not grant any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. 4. The order dated 25.11.2025 passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Misc. Appeal 4925/2025 shall remain in operation till disposal of the suits. 5. Since the three suits arising between the same parties are pending in different Courts, the parties would be at liberty to file an application before the learned District and Sessions Judge to get them listed before the same Court and if such application is filed, the learned District & Sessions Judge is expected to pass an appropriate order for listing all the three suits in same Court. 6. However, it is made clear that all the three suits shall be decided separately after framing issues in each suit. 7. With these observations, the present civil misc. appeals stand disposed of. 8. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. (BIPIN GUPTA),J Sudha/Kratika/9-11
