JUSTICE D K SINGH) The present intra Court appeal has been filed impugning the judgment and order dated 24.08.2023 passed by the writ Court in W.P.No.12302/2022 (L-KSRTC) filed by the respondent /Corporation. 2. The appellant was employed as a Conductor in the respondent/KSRTC (for short 'the Corporation'). He faced disciplinary enquiry in respect of the act of misconduct. The charge was proved in the enquiry. On 31.07.1993, the Disciplinary Authority inflicted punishment on the appellant for stopping of one annual increment for a period of six years with cumulative effect. This order of punishment came to be challenged by the appellant/workman in the year 2014 i.e., after 21 long years. Strangely, the Industrial Tribunal vide order dated 14.06.2021 set aside the order of punishment inflicted on the appellant on 31.07.1993. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:26755-DB WA No. 397 of 2024 3. The said award passed by the Industrial Tribunal was challenged by the respondent/Corporation by filing W.P.No.12302/2022. The learned Single Judge has noted the fact that the Industrial Tribunal has set aside the award of punishment, which was inflicted on 31.07.1993 after 21 long years, for which the industrial dispute was raised. 4. We therefore, find no ground or error to interfere with the impugned judgment and order dated 24.08.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge, which is why we dismiss this appeal.
