Heard Sri.Srikanth V.K., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Sri.B.N.Jagadeesha, learned Addl. SPP appearing for respondent No.1, Sri.D.C.Deepak, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 and have perused the material on record. 3. Owing to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, an interim order of stay of investigation was granted. The learned Additional SPP places on record the papers of investigation conducted till the date on which the interim order was granted. 4. A perusal at the papers would indicate that the investigation must be taken to its logical conclusion by filing a final report either in favour of the petitioner or against the petitioner. 5.
