It is stated that, challenging the action taken by the authorities, the fifth respondent herein filed W.P(MD)No.4861 of 2026 and that the Division Bench has granted stay of the action by the authorities. Hence nothing survives for further adjudication in this contempt petition. The petitioner is at liberty to implead himself in W.P(MD)No.4861 of 2026.
