None for the respondents/non- applicants. On 27.2.2026, while deciding CMP No. 32047 of 2025, amount falling to the share of respondents No. 1 to 3, was ordered to be released, in their favour. Now, by way of present application, the Insurance Company-applicant has sought indulgence of this Court to release the remaining amount, which is liable to be refunded back to the Insurance Company. As per report of the Registry, a sum of Rs. 40,631/- is lying deposited with the Registry. The said amount is liable to be refunded back to the applicant, alongwith up-to-date interest. The application, under consideration, is allowed and the aforesaid amount is ordered to be refunded back to the applicant and the same be remitted to the bank account, particulars of which, have been mentioned in para-6 of the application.
