On behalf of the respondent-WBSEDCL, it was submitted that due to techno-commercial reasons, it is neither viable nor practical to provide any such connection to the petitioner. By an order dated 30th April, 2026, the petitioner was granted an opportunity to take instructions in the matter. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner that there are no techno-commercial reasons in not granting a fresh electricity connection, the grievance of the petitioner cannot be redressed in this summary proceeding.
