This Writ Petition has been filed against the inaction on the part of respondent authorities as despite completion of entire work, the amount of security deposit and other deposits made by the petitioner has not been released for more than 3 years. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been awarded with work order for the construction of private lavoratories under the Swachchha Bharat Mission at Sarangarh. The petitioner completed the entire work and in this regard, work completion certificate has also been issued. The final bill has AVINASH SHARMA Digitally signed by AVINASH SHARMA Date: 2026.05.12 18:15:03 +0530 2 also been settled, but till date the security deposit and other deposits of the petitioner has not been released by the respondent authorities. He submits that petitioner has also filed representations (Annexure P/4) before the respondent authorities but the same has not been decided yet. He submits that this Writ Petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities to decide the representation of the petitioner in a time bound manner. 3. Leaned counsel for Respondent No.2 submits that will pass appropriate order in respect of the representation of the petitioner. 4. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent authorities within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and in turn, the respondent authorities shall decide the same in accordance with a law within further period of 60 days. 5.
