YERRAMSETTY SATYA SOWMYA 4 HBKM,J W.P.No.8546 of 2025 The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent Nos. 1 to 5 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 6 to 8. 2. This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioner’s repeated applications/petitions, the last of which is dated 04.11.2024, submitted for issuance of E-pattadar Passbook Cum Title Deed and mutation of the petitioner’s name in all online Web Land Record of Rights, including Adangal/Pahani & 1-B Register, connected to the agricultural landed properties of Ac.2.64 Cents in Sy.No.160 of Kodumur Revenue Village and Mandal in Kurnool District by deleting the words “Dispute Register” in remarks coloumn on the copies of online Web Land Adangal as well as 1-B, Record of Right in respect of the said land, being maintained by the respondents. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner submitted a PGRS application vide Grievance No.KUR202411041544, dated 04.11.2024, but the same is not considered so far. 4. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, submits that as stated by the 4th respondent, if the petitioner makes a fresh application to the 3rd respondent, the same would be considered by the said authority by following the due procedure. 5 HBKM,J W.P.No.8546 of 2025 5. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to submit an application, enclosing all the necessary documents in support of her claim, to the 3rd respondent within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 6. On receipt of same, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the said application strictly in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner as well as the respondent Nos. 6 to 8, upon verification of the records and the subject land, appropriate decision shall be taken on its own merits as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) months thereafter. The respondent Nos. 6 to 8 shall also be permitted to file objections, if any, to the application submitted by the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
