In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for direction to respondent No.2 to implement the order of eviction produced at Annexure-A to the writ petition. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:26664 WP No. 18685 of 2025 3. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on careful consideration of Annexure-A, it is noticed that an eviction notice has been issued by the respondent No.2 to respondent No.6 in respect of the subject property referred to in this writ petition. It is also to be noted from the arguments advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the said notice has been issued to respondent No.6 at the instance of the complaint filed by the petitioner. In this regard, respondent No.6 is required to file objections to the notice dated 04.04.2025. It is also noticed that respondent No.2 has already issued an Endorsement dated 25.04.2025, produced as Annexure-K, calling upon respondent No.6 to submit his objections in accordance with law. 4. In that view of the matter, the respondent No.2 having already taken a decision by issuing Endorsement dated 25.04.2025 produced at Annexure-K and the said Endorsement has not been challenged either by the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:26664 WP No. 18685 of 2025 petitioner or respondent No.6, the question of issuing direction to the respondent No.2 to take a decision in the matter to implement the notice at Annexure-A does not arise at all.
