JUSTICE CHILLAKUR SUMALATHA ORAL ORDER Heard Ms.Rashmi Sagar, who represents Sri.Raghu Prasad B.S., learned counsel on record for the petitioner in all the four writ petitions. No representation on respondents' side on call in all the matters. 2. Writ Petition No.22293/2023 is filed challenging the order rendered by the Court of I Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru, in Crl.Misc.Case No.418/2018 dated 21.08.2023. Said order was rendered basing on the petition filed by the respondents herein under Section 125(3) of Cr.P.C. for recovery of arrears of maintenance and where a direction was issued to the petitioner herein to make payment. 3. Writ Petition No.22266/2023 is filed aggrieved by the order rendered by the same Court in Crl.Misc.Case No.417/2018 dated 21.08.2023 by which basing on the petition filed by the respondents under Section 125(3) of Cr.P.C. for recovery of maintenance awarded through orders in - 7 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:26192 WP No. 22293 of 2023 C/W WP No. 22266 of 2023 WP No. 22307 of 2023 AND 1 OTHER Crl.Misc.Case No.84/2013, a direction was issued to the petitioner to make payment. 4. Writ Petition No.22307/2023 is the outcome of the order passed by the same Court in Crl.Misc.Case No.415/2018 dated 21.08.2023 by which petitioner was directed to make payment to the respondents herein basing on the petition filed by them under Section 125(3) of Cr.P.C. for recovery of maintenance. 5. Likewise Writ Petition No.22711/2023 is filed challenging the order rendered on 21.08.2023 in Crl.Misc.Case No.416/2018 by which same Court directed the petitioner to make payment to the respondents basing on the petition filed by them under Section 125 (3) of Cr.P.C. for recovery of maintenance amount. 6. On this day, learned counsel who represents the petitioner submit that petitioner has deposited substantial sum in compliance of the impugned orders which are under challenge and in case four weeks time is granted, he will pay the balance amount and hence by granting such time, the writ petitions may be disposed of. - 8 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:26192 WP No. 22293 of 2023 C/W WP No. 22266 of 2023 WP No. 22307 of 2023 AND 1 OTHER 7. Respondents fail to represent. 8. Having considered the submission that is made by learned counsel for petitioner and as the petitioner now does not require any order from this Court on merits, this Court considers desirable to dispose of writ petitions honouring the request of the petitioner to grant time. Thus, all the writ petitions are disposed of with the following: ORDER (i) Petitioner is granted time for four weeks to deposit the balance amount before the concerned Family Court as ordered through the impugned orders which are under challenge in these writ petitions.
