That a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or directions may kindly be issued directing the Respondents to decide the appeal of the petitioner titled as "Rupinder Kumar vs Director, School Education & Ors" registered vide Computer Diary no. 56427873 dated 19.02.2026 in an expeditious manner and time-bound manner.” 2. Learned Additional Advocate General submits that in case the appeal of the petitioner has not yet been decided, then the same shall positively be decided on or before 31st October, 2026.
