At the very outset, learned State counsel submits that since the impugned order has been passed by the Additional Collector, an alternative remedy of appeal before the Divisional Commissioner is available under the provisions of the Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail the alternative remedy available under law. 3.
