JUSTICE ANSUL ORAL ORDER 2 17-06-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. The petitioners seek bail in Cyber P.S. Case No. 16 of 2016 registered for offences punishable under Sections 336(3), 340(2), 338, 317(2), 317(5), 61(2) of the BNS. 3. The allegation is that the petitioner was arrested on information that some persons near village were indulging in cyber fraud and two cell-phones of having mobile no. 9109435707 and another mobile no. 6299049815 were recovered from the petitioner. A complaint was found to be lodged in Rajasthan against the said mobile numbers. 4. Considering that the petitioner is involved in cyber crime, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. 5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 39250 of 2026(2) dt.17-06-2026 2/2 petitioner is rejected. 6. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application.
