Petitioner is claiming benefit of ACP by relying on Government Order dated 07.09.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner retired from the post of Mali from Horticulture Department in the year 2009, but he has not been given benefit as per the aforesaid Government Order. 3. Mr. Sushil Vashisth, learned State Counsel refers to para 22 of the writ petition, where it is mentioned that benefit released to petitioner falls short of what was due to him. He further submits that ACP Scheme was introduced in 2011, while petitioner retired in 2009, therefore, petitioner is not entitled to benefit of ACP. 4. Learned State Counsel, however, submits that if petitioner has any grievance, then he is free to approach the competent authority. 5. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by permitting petitioner to make representation. If he makes representation within two weeks, decision thereupon, shall be taken, as per law, within four months thereafter.
