1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. representing the State and perused the record.
2. The instant application has been preferred by the applicant with a prayer for expeditious disposal of Criminal Misc. Appeal No. 41 of 2025 (Ramnayan Vs. State of U.P. and another), in Case Crime No. 101 of 2023, under Sections 34, 302, 307, 504, 506, 201, 120B I.P.C., Police Station Dohrighat, District Mau, pending in the court of Special Judge, POCSO Court No. 1, District Mau, within stipulated time.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the aforesaid appeal is of the year 2024 and the same has not been decided yet.
4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection if the matter be expedited in the interest of justice.
5. In view of the above, it is directed that the learned trial court concerned shall make all endeavour to decide the case expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment, without permitting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
