It is further submitted that in para 11, this Court assessed the compensation with regard to MAC No.374 of 2023 but just above the chart due to mistake, MAC No.392 of 2023 has been mentioned. She would contend that in para 12, instead of MAC No.392 of 2023, MAC No.374 of 2023 may be substituted. 3) Heard. 4) The contention made by Ms. Agrawal appears to be fair and reasonable. Accordingly, same is allowed. MAC No.932 of 2023 mentioned in para 8 shall be read as ‘MAC No.392 of 2023’ and in para 12, MAC No.392 of 2023 shall be read as ‘MAC No.374 of 2023’. 5) Accordingly, MCC is disposed of.
