The representation made by the Petitioner has been decided by the said communication. A copy of the same is handed over to the learned counsel for the Contempt Petitioner, who has accepted the same. In the wake of the aforesaid, and since the direction is already complied with, we see no reason to entertain the Contempt Petition. The contempt proceedings are hereby dropped.
