The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bagodar PS Case No.63 of 2026, for offence registered under section 80, 61(2) r/w Section 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned J.M.F.C, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the petitioners happened to be father-in-law and mother-in-law, respectively, of the deceased. He next submits that the investigation of these petitioners is kept open and the charge sheet has been submitted against the husband of the deceased. He next submits that husband has faced the trial in which the witnesses have turned hostile and the husband has been acquitted by the judgment dated 04.7.2026. He next submits that the deposition of S.T. Case No.258 of 2026 has been annexed in supplementary affidavit. 2026:JHHC:20265 2 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the petitioners are the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. 5. Considering that petitioners are the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased and in the supplementary affidavit the deposition of S.T. Case No.258 of 2026 has been annexed and the witnesses have been declared hostile and it has been pointed out that the husband has faced trial and he has been acquitted by the judgment as aforesaid, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to both the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, both the petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of their surrender/arrest, both the petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned J.M.F.C, Giridih, in connection with Bagodar PS Case No.63 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
